A strange message one of my clients has recieved; both of us are perplexed

Hi, everyone! Now, a few days back, one of my clients got an automatic message from Upwork that she can't figure out, and I can't figure out either - here it is:

Ummm.... I have done no such thing, people; I don't even know how I am even supposed to 'leave' someone. We have not a single clue as to what it means, or what we're supposed to do about it. So on her behalf, I'm putting this up here and going '....Huh?'

Hi Jon,

 

Apologies for the confusion. I checked your account and it appears that this message was sent to your client after the contract was ended to notify that your access to the client's contract room was removed.
