Accidently created another contract

My existing client wanted to add one more hour to my weekly schedule. Instead of editing the existing contract, I accidentally created another contract, which has been accepted by the client. Though I have not yet logged any hours to this. Please let me know how to remove the complete record. Should I just end it? Don't want to reflect this mistake on my public profile.

Thank you for your message. You can end the contract without logging hours on it. Your job will not appear on your Upwork public profile if there are no logged hours on it.
