Applying for jobs

When trying to apply for jobs, the page is broken.  The pop-up boxes do not have a background and blend or overlap with page information underneath, so hard to see.  Been broken or like this for several days. Also becomes a problem when trying to add connect boost, difficult as popup box there also does not have a background, so hard to add.

I had this same issue yesterday in Chrome only. It looks like there is a JS error that is preventing the CSS from loading? It ended up resolving itself by the end of the day, but is a complete blocker if it is still happening to folks.
