Boosted projects

Hello, as simply not possible to send a ticket to customer support, i have a issue on site, projects boosted, connects reserved, but often site show like i never boosted them, keywords disappear, and show 0 connects when try to boost again.

On main page show that have available connects.

Sometime boosted projects show up with keywords. Like from nowhere

Coonects on boosted services not used.

Is anyone from customer support here?

It seems that system not allow to boost project/s  without any info

only show 0 connects available on boost page setup

real stats 91 for now, plan to buy more but seems that not works.

So have same time explanation:  0 connects left and 122 connects balance

Still no solution it seems, no clear answer at ticket / request for more than a month now.

Is there then a option to refund me for all this now unusable connects  ?
