Can't Verify Location

I can't seem to verify my location. I'm from Kosovo but I chose my country residence on Albania because Kosovo is not on the list and I verified my ID successfully with my Kosovan ID. Now I'm having this issue where it says that my location should be the same as the ID Card issuing country but Kosovo it's not on the list. What do I do from here ?
