Can't get paid because it won't accept my password

I am trying to withdraw the funds for my last payment. When I click Get Paid, Upwork asks me to verify the password of my account. When I enter my password it is not accepted. My login is through my Google account so naturally I enter my Google password when prompted for a password, so I'm not sure which password is expected? Am I missing something here? I'd appreciate to hear if anyone else has had the same problem and how it was resolved. Thank you.
