Withdrawn: Job application is cancelled by Upwork

I noticed that all my proposals are withdrawn by Upwork. Even if the proposals are withdrawn, the connects used to apply those jobs are not yet restored. 

They sent me a verification very recently and I have already completed that verification but my connects are still not restored. I wanted to know the reason why they withdraw all my proposals without mentioning the reason and is it possible to restore the connects that I used to apply to those job postings?
