I'm trying to set up 2FA for my account but no matter what option I choose I never get pass a certain prompt. Like the image here. Any help on this? Thanks.

No matter which option I select I get a loading screen that never goes anywhere. I've tried different browsers, different OSs, incognito session as well, nothing has worked since yesterday.

Hello! I am using a different account to post this question as I got a new phone so do not have access to the authenticator app and cannot log into my account. I cannot access support as I cannot log into my account... This is beyond frustrating. The AI chatbot sends me in a loop offering no help. When I try to enter my information on the Two-step verification process reset, the form is not getting uploaded. Sorry but there must be a way to contact customer support in case you need help logging in!

I logged into the same computer I have had for 5 years and the iphone I always use with Upwork. However this time it asked me to verify myself because it didn't recognize my devices. My password did not work. To reset my password it required that I either enter an authenticator code, which I don't have. It also gave me the option to use a security question. I answered the question and reset the password. When I tried to login it then asked AGAIN to verify with the authenticator code or complete a reset form. I tried the form but but did not submit. I then completed the form with the chat bot and again nothing. No email and no response.
I finally created this new account just to be able to communicate. I can't reach a live person and I don't know what to do. Can someone here help?

Trying to log in with mobile but I am told to use 'authenticator' to get a code?
On the playstore there are very many apps called 'authenticator'. I have tried various including Google, Microsoft and various others/ I get no code on any.
Why can't upwork just send a code by text? What a PIA ......
(I even had to reload this form 3x to get 'Submit' to allow posting - Upwork needs a lot of bug fixing!!)
