Can't open One-on-one coaching.

I bought a subscription and wanted to get personalized coaching, but I am getting an error. What should I do and how can I get personalized coaching?

Thank you for reaching out to us. You can opt into coaching inside of your Community profile. Once opted in, you will receive an invite to connect with one of our Upwork coaches via email. Please note it takes the coaches a couple of business days to process when you have opted in, they will be in touch within 72 business hours, thank you for your patience and keep an eye out for your email!
