Cannot access my messages

Hi Community, My messages have just stopped working.  Can't open on the website.  Put the app on my iphone and can receive messages there.  Never had the problem before on my laptop.  Any suggestions as to how I can fix the problem.  Thank you

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or log in using a different browser?

thanks for replying.  I cleared cache and logged in with Microsoft Edge .  I usually use Chrome.  Still doesn't work.
