Hi. I can not create a request, I can not contact support. 

I clicked get paid now payment and it was approved. But After that, I realized only the capital letter of my surname is shown, I want to change but I can't. What will happen now? Could I get payment? It was my whole salary. I need help urgently. Please I can not contact anyone.

I've checked the transaction you're referring to via wire transfer and confirmed that it was successfully processed. We process wire transfers within one business day, but they may take up to seven days to arrive in your bank account.
