Cant verify because phone shows that access is blocked: Upwork SSO's doesnt comply with Google

I'm trying to verify my identity with my Phone but can't get anywhere. As I scan the QR code from Upwork identification beginning or send the code to my phone and then try to log in to my profile from my phone with Gmail, it doesn't allow to log in just with email - it transfers me to log in with Gmail profile. When I try to do it, it shows me a notification "access is blocked: Upwork SSO's doesn't comply with Google policies". I added it also in the attachment. How can I verify my identity differently or how should I move on with login?
