Client can't accept the offer because my account is on hold!?

Why did the payment even go through without even notifing me about this? This confused me and i thought it was an issue with the freelancer and i withdrew the contract. Please resolve the matter, thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your account and found no hold on your account. Could you please ask the freelancer to contact support so we can check if it was an issue on their end?

I never got the refund for this though. I got charged like 40$
