My client is trying to create an offer but keeps getting an error, He is not getting the same with other hires but only me. The error message says that He does not have a valid payment method on file and charge failed below his payment method. The same error does not happen with his other hires.
Please guide me as to wether it's a problem with my account or His.

Hi Muhammad Babar,
I believe I was able to locate the client you're referring to and see that they chatted with our support team earlier. They issue should now be resolved and they can try and send you an offer again.
