Upwork has always been my "Go-to site" and has saved me many times from financial crisis.
But then, I recently had a dispute with a client who wants a "more satisfying" output and was asking for a full refund without leaving a cent to me. And I allowed a full refund to be given to him.
I was so disheartened and crushed that I closed my account without checking my email. When I read it, the Upwork Mediation Specialist messaged me saying that she will process a courtesy credit to my account if I want to. I was kind of tearful and grateful to Upwork because it cares so much to freelancers like me and is offering such kind to us.
Now, I'm reaching out to ask help.
Can someone help me restore my closed account so that I can continue using it?
