Hi, I am new to Upwork bidding. I have submitted multiple proposals and some of them are 3 weeks ago, but unfortunately job owner is neither cancelling job nor rejecting proposal, even not viewing. Eventually, my all points are stuck. I am not in position to buy any connects.
Question, how long a job owner can hold it and is there anyway to get back while a job owner is not taking action within time frame?
What is the way out in this scenario?
Anyone please help.

Hi Arman, a job will expire if the client doesn't take any action on that job for over 30 days. Unfortunately you only get connects back if a job is cancelled.
