Contract Suspended

Hi! My contract was suspended again by Upwork... This is the 2nd time it was suspended... Last week, Friday night, it was first suspended. Today is the 2nd time. What's wrong? Why is it always happening? Is there a problem with my client? I'm worried because I was already working for 2 weeks. I haven't received any payment yet. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.
