Contract closed by mistake

Good Day!

I'm new to UpWork and got my first hourly contract.
I completed the job successfully and the client was satisfied with the result.
Unfortunately on Saturday 2022.05.07 I accidentally closed the contract.
Question:
1. The contract fixes the time of work, but unfortunately I do not see the time sheet in the column "All time sheets and earnings"
2. After closing, all information on time tracking disappeared.
3. Will it be negative for my rating?
4. Will I receive money for the work done?

Hi Andrii,

 

Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear about your contract. Closing your contract will not affect your ratings automatically until the client leaves a low rating on it. You can check your Report page for the payment status on the ended contract. Your payment on the Hourly contract is processed as per the weekly billing cycle. As long as there is no dispute initiated by the client and the client's payment method is successfully charged, you will be paid as per the weekly billing cycle.
