Could you please confirm the error you saw while purchasing the Plus plan? If it says that the transaction has been declined, you may want to contact your card-issuing bank to check the specific decline error.

Thank you for your message. I checked your account and noticed that your card was declined while doing this transaction. Could you please contact your card-issuing bank to check the available limit and permission to complete international transactions?
