Dispute not refunding

Soi recently worked with a freelancer. After a week, the work was not matching with what was stated in the job contract so i got him to stop work. I disputed the contract and requested the money in escrow to be returned. After talking to the freelancer i agreed to give him $30 in the form of a bonus. Once I did this he removed his dispute of my refund request and on his screen it says that it had been un-disputed. It has almost been a week and the job contract still says that it is disputed and i can not get the money back.

How can i solve this?
