Disputes are not showing

One of client files disputes on different milestones. But currently, its milestones are not showing into dispution sections and also not showing balance reversal in reports. Will you please guide me that my balance status is pending or not. Because some payments deducted from account but some was pending. Please guide me as soon as possible.
