Does Upwork block freelancers ?

I'm a client and I'm unable to message my freelancer because I received a meeting on our chat's saying that she cannot communicate with me until Upwork restores the messaging. Several messages that the freelancer sent to me have been deleted and flagged as risky content. I still have an active contract with her what should I do?

Hi Janno, If you contract any work with a freelancer that violates the Terms of Service of Upwork, the freelancer's account will be suspended, and the client's account may also face suspension. As a result, you will see it " X does not currently have access to Upwork and will not receive messages until access is restored"
