Elance project information did not transfer to Upwork!

Hi

Ever since Elance became Upwork in 2015 and I moved to Upwork, I haven't gotten any projects. One of the reasons is that my work at Elance did not transfer to Upwork. I had done a good number of projects in Elance.

Despite a series of communications with the Elance team, my request to move my project information to Upwork did not come through.

I request that Upwork kindly look into it.
