Error in my total earnings on a current job

Hi. There's an error in the total earnings for one of my current projects. I have earned more than 7K dollars but it's only displaying 938 Dollars. Trying to contact a human agent but all I get is irrelevant articles from a bot. I'm frustrated. I need help.  😓
