Error in submiiting a proposal

Please see the attached snapshot, I cannot submit the proposal it gives the below error. please let me know how to resolve this.

I have cleared the cache and cookies but it still shows the same error. Thanks

Admins, I'm getting upwork error 73ee3e09683494f8-SEA when I try to submit a proposal. It's been like this for about an hour.

I'm currently trying to submit a proposal as a step to accepting the invitation to interview the company sent, but each time it just shows a non-descript error message

Tried seeing if UpWork was down, but said that Proposal Submission was operational, so I don't know what could be causing this.

Does this happen when you clear your browser's cookies or use a different browser?

Unfortunately it still happens after clearing the cookies and caché, trying from the mobile app, and even when trying from a freshly installed firefox.
