Facebook campaign, the client sent a suspicious file to my email

The client first sent me an offer(I did not search for the client) this client found me and asked to run a campaign for the website which was a facebook page with a 10k week bduget, then asked if I'm a group or working alone, I said alone, and asked my email and sent a file and said me to unzip that... I accepted the contract and asked the questions to run the campaign, client did not answer my questions, if it is scam they might be waiting me to open the file? The client is using the photo of that facebook page, but the page is from Canada, the client name is hispanic and location is Hungary.

I received exactly the same offer on the 26th! And the person just registered on the same day, very suspicious, thanks for the heads up.
