I don't see a way to directly connect with the support team.

Hmm, that's always a bit frustrating. Double-check your billing info—make sure the card details are entered correctly, the expiration date is valid, and there's enough balance or credit on the card. Hello Upwork,
I am unable to connect my Paypal as a billing method, even though I have used it in the past. This is the error massage: "We are sorry but we cannot setup PayPal as your payment method because it is not verified. Please verify your PayPal account or add a payment card." I attached an image with the error.
I already verified my paypal but it still won't let me link my paypal.

Thank you for reaching out. Please note that only verified PayPal accounts can be used to purchase Connects. If you have a verified account, you will need a credit card to be added as a backup billing method if you plan to use PayPal to purchase Connects or pay for a membership plan.

Upon adding my card details on the billing page, I receive "We are unable to authorize your card as the billing details you entered does not match with your bank or credit card company" - however my card has the verification transaction and I receive an email with my card being added to my account.

I can't buy a new connects and when I try to migrate to the Upwork plan plus it gives me this message "Your payment could not be processed. " P.S.: I updated my billing method too many times and the same problem exists.

Can you buy connects with a debit card? I added 2 cards but I can't purchase, I can only buy conects with the money I have in upwork which I don't want to use, I want to buy conects with my debit card.

I also had a similar problem sometimes back. Then i found out that i needed to remove my billing method from the settings option and then add it again. And it worked. Now everytime i have to purchase connects i have to do the same thing again. Very annoying!

I've encountered difficulties purchasing connects as each attempt with various cards from different banks resulted in an "unauthorized card" prompt. I made a transaction of 3.54 dollars for 20 connects, but I did not receive the 20 connects in my Upwork account and 83.39 Rupees were deducted from my account. Please either refund the money back to my account or update connects in my account.

We appreciate your interest in buying Connects. Please know that the system can only use your billing method to purchase Connects if you don't have an available balance on your account. I understand you'd prefer to be able to choose which one to use so we will be noting your feedback and sharing it with the team
