Hello

One of my job feedback and rating is not visible on my profile but I have checked the contract detail page the client did provide the rating and feedback.

Hi Azam,

Your feedback will appear on your Upwork profile within 24 hours after your earnings are processed on the contract and they are available for withdrawal. As long as the client has paid you at least $1.00 USD and it's ready to be withdrawn, any feedback they leave will be displayed on your public profile. See this help article for more information.

For Fixed-Price Contracts, this means after payment for the first milestone has been released and becomes available. Learn more about how you Get Paid for Fixed-Price Contracts here.

For Hourly Contracts, this means after the client has been successfully charged for the hours worked the week before. Learn more about the Weekly Billing Cycle here.

I got my first job on Upwork since August 10, I have also submitted the project but up till now, it's not showing on my profile. The contract and client's feedback are not showing in my work history.

Please help with this!

Thanks for reaching out. I checked your account and can confirm that the contract and feedback are already reflected on your profile's work history. In general, It can take up to 24 hours after the payment is released before a contract is shown on your profile.

Hello,

I just completed a contract, and payment was released over 24 hours ago. My earnings accurately updated to over $2k+ on my profile, but jobs completed says 3 when it should say 4. I also do not see the star review from the completed contract in my history on my profile. Please advise. Why did the earnings update but nothing else?

I noticed that five-star feedback from September of 2022 never showed on my profile, and I'm not sure that I even got paid. It was a very small $3 job that is marked completed, but no records of funds coming through or feedback on my profile.

It generally takes a while, sometimes days, for it to show up on your profile. Be patient.

Hello, I am in need of enlightenment here. I recently completed a job which came from my project catalogue gig and the client and i had a wonderful experience which resulted to us sharing postive feedback. The problem now is that i cant fine the work history on my profile but i can fine the mone added to the amount earned. Why is that?

I started the contract on August 8th, 2023, and received a milestone payment on August 22nd. However, nothing is displayed in the progress tab. Why is this the case? Should it become visible in progress or work history?
