Fixed price contract - payment issue

Hello, everyone. 

We had a fixed-price contract, which was worth $2000. However, the client ended the contract and paid only $1500. There were 3 milestones, and two were released. I saw that the client deleted the last one. So it was like this: 1st Milestone $1000, 2nd - 500, 3rd - 500. Now, I want to raise a dispute but I see no amounts in the escrow. What can we do in this case?
