Getting a Top Rated badge

Hi everyone,

I am curious as to why I am not getting a Top Rated badge. I seem to have fullfilled all the criteria (the only thing I was missing was that I hadn't added a social media link to complete my profile). Does this take a while to take effect? How do I get the badge?
