Hard to find how to connect with support and issue getting api key

I have now tried several times to get an API key and I get the same error:

This link has expired
Please contact customer support to receive a new URL. The URL will be active for 30 days.

Please help.

Also there are many places that mention to contact support and yet there's no obvious way to find that support. It feels like you don't want us to contact you.
