I want to purchase connects from my primary billing method (card) instead of using my earnings balance on Upwork. How can I do this?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I would like to clarify that if you have sufficient funds, we will withdraw from your account balance. If not, the full amount will be charged to your primary billing method. You can find more information in this help article.
