How do you Unactivate a milestone?

I activated the wrong milestone. I need to unactive the current milestone and activate a different milestone. My current milestone seems to be locked. Can it be unlocked?

Hi Trish,

When you have created a milestone. Then your freelancer can refund it or cancel it. You can withdraw the milestone offer with the help of your freelancer. However, since the milestone has been funded, you can request an Escrow Refund, but that would result in the contract being closed.

If in case you prefer changing the amount on the milestone, you can release the correct amount when the work is submitted. You can review this help article for more information on how to do so.
