Responding to feedback - positive or negative?

Under client feedback there is a button that says "respond to feedback", however when I click on it this box pops up saying that its a place for me to share my side of the story in case of a negative review. I was wondering if I could also respond with a positive reply, such as thanking a client for wonderful feedback, or if this would negatively impact my profile. When I click on

"Learn more about responding to feedback it takes me to a broken link"
I beleive this should be fixed

We understand the importance of being able to give and receive feedback. Feedback represents the user's opinion and because of this, Upwork can't edit these comments or scores, nor can we investigate them for accuracy.
