How to get paid in Bolivia?

Hi everybody, I'm new here and I would like to know wich is the best option to get paid from Bolivia?
In the option "Add a New Billing Method" it shows two options to Bolivia: Payment Card, and PayPal. Somebody knows how do they work?

Hi Juana,

Thank you for your message. The Billing Method page is where you add your billing details to purchase Connects or upgrade to a membership plan. This page is only for making payments, not for receiving them. To withdraw your earnings from Upwork, you have to set up your payment methods on the Settings > 'Get Paid' page. You will see the available options for fund withdrawal on the same page.
