How to regain access to signing up for a freelance account

I am trying to create a freelancer profile. I started the process last night & I left it, and I thought the application process will be saved, and I can recontinue today, but instead, I can't access the website to become a freelancer. Please help me resolve this so I can set up my freelance profile. I have also contacted help & support too so am currently waiting to hear back from them

Hi Roshan,

I can see that your account is a freelancer one already. All you need to do is log in to your account as you normally would, and finish creating your profile. Don't hesitate to let us know if you experience any problems doing so.
