I am eligible for top rated for all requirements. But still I not get the Top rated badge

Hy, I have below all requirements are meet for top rated badge:

At least 90% Job Success Score (Done)

100% complete profile (Done)

No account holds in the last 90 days (Done)

Eligible weeks 16 of 16 (Done)

These 4 requirements are completed. I can see it on my status page. But I still did not get the top rated. badge? Let me know when I will get the top-rated badge?
