I have been living in Poland for 2 years already and decided to enter the Upwork site using my e-mail. I already forgot that I had previously registered, and then I was in Belarus.
Now I'm getting the message "We're sorry, your account has been locked because we've suspended operations in Russia and Belarus."
The article says that if my location has changed, then I can request an appeal
This form doesn't work for me:

I get this automatic message:
