I have an issue as the platform cannot processed the transaction between and my freelancer. The freelancer should be getting her payment since last 1-2 weeks but until now the transaction is still cannot be done. I did the manual troubleshooting and also used Upwork's Chatbot but yield no effective result so far. Please do reach out to me immediately as this is very troublesome to both our company and freelancer.
