I'm not able to click on the proposals

Hi, I am new to upwork and i was searching for projects and it was ok till last 2 days that i am not able to click on the proposal or any thing after clicking on the apply button the proposal page open but there is the issue that i am not able to select anything and the payment prices are showing 0$ everywhere.
