I need urgent support from Upwork!

I had a client with whom we had a contract and I agreed to the sum he offered, after I did his job he ended the contract and only paid 50% of the agreed sum and has not been responding, I have been trying to file a claim but I am unable to find the file a claim link around the contract page. Please what step can I take before the 7days window elapses?
