A client has sent me an offer on Upwork. We did not have detailed discussion before starting the contract. And he sent me a contract, and the hourly rate for this contract is higher than my actual hourly rate.

I want to know about the client whether it is legit client. I have tried to submit ticket, but I could not find a way. I want urgent help related to this issue. Thankyou!

Maybe, you should check his/her profile and you can see what kind of client it is?  When is per hour we  have to be careful.

Some people are very nice and they pay very well. I hope this is your case Good luck.

Maybe, if you do not trust you can ask the client pay flat rate. Money will be on scrow.
