Dear upwork support team.
I have one client working with Direct Contracts.
I am wondering if it is violation if the client posts the project and hire me directly and proceed projectly basis, not direct contracts.
Thannks.

Hi Goh,
Thank you for your message. I would like to clarify that after the client posts a job and hires you from their Upwork account, you cannot have a Direct Contract with this client again as this will lead to an Upwork TOS violation.
Thank you,
Pradeep

Thanks for your reply
Do you know Direct Contracts?
Did your Direct Contrat's client ever post a new project to work with you?

Hi, Pradeep,
Yes, I will never have a Direct Contract with the client after he hires me from his upwork account.
Thanks for your reply.
