Issue regarding adding payoneer

Hi Upwork,

I just created my payoneer and I tried to connect my payoneer with my upwork account but it's keep restricting me when ever I try to connect my payoneer it keep says me this:

Unfortunately, we were unable to process your transaction. Your account is being reviewed. We may need to verify your identity information. Please check your email for the detailed next steps. If you don’t hear back within 2 business days, please contact us.

I haven't received any email from you guys yet. I opened a ticket and no body give me a reply and close my ticket by adding a solved note on my ticket even no body contacted me from upwork and no one is giving me reply please help.
