Final Reminder: please update your tax info

I got an email that says "You started to provide newW-8BEN details, but have not finished" actually I have already completed my Tax information on UpWork site. Do I have to worry about this or please can anyone from UpWork check my profile and advise me on the next steps.

I have attached the screenshot of the email.

Hi Mujahid,

Thank you for your message. You can confirm if you have completed the W-8BEN successfully by going to Settings > Tax Information. If all three sections (Tax Residence, W-BEN/W-BENE, and Tax Identification Number) are filled out, you’ve successfully completed the form.
