Job success score query

My Job success score was 100%. A client gave me a 4-star rating due to a misunderstanding. My JSS lowers down to 79%. I asked the client to arrange a meeting and in the meeting, I cleared all the misunderstandings with the client and I ask him to update the rating. He updated the rating to 5 stars each. But after 2 weeks, My JSS updated to 85% only. I was expecting it to update to 100% again. Can someone explain this???
