Local time is wrong ...?

This is what it says on my profile ... 

Cape Town, South Africa

6:51 pm local time

but it's 5:51 now, not 6:51 🤣

Am I being too finicky? Did I miss something? Do I need to change this manually, or is it a glitch in the system?
