Messages delay for half hour!

I want to know what kind of ban applied for my account? And how to remove it?

Communication not possible with 30 minutes message delivery time.

Upwork take money for conects then show to client that freelancer unresponsible.

Pls do not create ticket. I have one already. It is useless. I keep wasting money.

Why should I spend money on application if you hide my offers or delay my messages? Is your goal to take money for a service that you cannot (don’t want) to provide?
