Messages not working

Hello - I am getting this error message and have no idea why: serviceName: 'roomsDS', commandName: 'GetUserSubscriptionInfoHysCmd', error message: 'Getting subscription info of another user is not allowed'

I had a notification that some unknown user tried to log into my account but it doesnt seem to have done anything other than not being able to read my messages? 

Please help!!
