Hi,
On Friday, I told a client that I had completed the work required for a milestone that was expiring the next Monday.
The client didn't see that message and the milestone since closed.
The client and I would like to keep working together. They have sent me an offer, but Upwork says that I cannot approve it unless I contact my agency manager. But this project is not through my agency. Instead, it's just for my personal Upwork account.
Could you either reactivate the old milestone or make it so that the new offer is not through my agency?
I have tried using the chatbot to get to a human, which has worked in the past, but this time it isn't connecting me.
